All deliveries come tracked and insured as standard.
1. How long is delivery?
Our free delivery option takes 24-48 hours on average from placing your order. We also offer next day if you need it guaranteed next day, at extra cost.
3. Processing times
We process all orders on the same day they are placed. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it and provide you with a tracking number. Your item(s) will be dispatched from our UK warehouse in Maidstone.
4. Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your items are shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it or the tracking number isn’t working, don’t worry—check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you. For further details, email us at [email protected], and we’ll sort it out for you.
5. Unexpected delays
Occasionally, delays can happen. We work with Evri, Royal Mail, and other couriers depending on your location. While 99.9% of deliveries go smoothly, some delays are beyond our control. Our policy is to wait up to 10 days for the package to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived after this time, we’ll either issue a refund or send out a replacement.
6. Returns
All our products include a FREE 10-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly. If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll either send the correct item or provide a full refund.
If you receive a defective or faulty product, please email photos or videos to us at [email protected]. Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund. Please note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any other abuse of the product. If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 90 days. Please contact us first before sending anything back.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, as we do not cover these costs. If you’re returning a defective item, we will send you a replacement once we confirm the issue through descriptions, photos, or video proof.
7. Refunds
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by us may incur a deduction from your refund. Items returned more than 90 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

8. Exchanges
