I set off initially to source a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort buds, but started researching some independent reviews on alternatives. Had not hear of Resonix products previously, but based on reviews and cost, decided to take a leap of faith. Delivered within 48 hrs of ordering and have been thoroughly impressed since. Ordered a 2nd pair for my wife and she is similarly impressed. Easy to set up, quality feel to the buds and case. Sound wise, faultless. I find that the Classic setting on the equaliser suits my taste best. Full, balanced bass, detailed and smooth mid and treble, even at low volumes. ANC mode is always a bit of a compromise on buds. Best results from ANC, I think, are achieved from full over ear cans. So , in conclusion… don’t hesitate. You wont be disappointed.

Poor equaliser settings. Custom equaliser setting that can't be set. Difficult to remove from case. Erratic volume controls. Needs app too. Resets sound to normal settings each time the buds are placed in case and case is closed. Average battery life at 5 is hours per charge. Good points are they comfortable, good anc, find buds system works well.

I purchased these ear buds being sceptical that they wouldn't live up to expectation as advertised, I can honestly say they are better than my Apple Pro buds that I have recently lost. I thought id take the chance with them been a 90 day refund policy if your not happy. I am more than happy and at a fraction of the cost that I would of paid if I decided to get another pair of Apple Pros. Carnt recommend these enough.

I bought a pair about 6 months ago, have enjoyed them up until a couple of days ago. They have suddenly stopped charging and i cant seem to get a response from the customer service support. It says they reply within 24 hours, but it has been almost 3 days and nothing. This is very disappointing and i will be escalating if this is not sorted promptly. There is also no number to call. This has been very frustrating.

Bought on the strength of great reviews but the sound is thin, they don’t go loud and the noise cancellation is poor. Also the case interface is so sensitive that settings get constantly changed. The nail in the coffin for me was that I bought then and 2 days later they knocked £50 off the price.
